At TinyTerrain, every product is carefully crafted and packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. As our products are handcrafted and handled with care, we currently do not offer self-service returns or exchanges through our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing tinyterrainco@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional details if required.

After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

A replacement product
A full or partial refund
Another suitable resolution based on the nature of the issue
Returns

As our products are carefully packed and may be made to order or produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Minor variations in color or finish due to photography, lighting, or the handcrafted nature of the product
Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
